Also, people get pit bulls and then allow children to mess with them. For instance, pulling their ears or tails, grabbing food out of their mouths, jumping on them etc. If the owner is retarded enough to allow this and not watch their kid, it is their fault when the pit bull turn and bits the kid. Keep in mind this is a dog, it doesn't know that it's a child bothering it; all it feel is just someone bothering it. They "GRRR" but the kid is still bothering it.

Plus, they are not the only dogs attacking people. And as another article by VF said

so, man no one on earth really cares about a dawg dies or, if 1 is in the middle of the road, and he needs help, noone will help the dog, but phuck with it and shiz. im tired of ppl always sayin " imma do somthing about this" ,but theyre too lazzy to get off that fat ass of theirs and maill the Government about this shiz, so evry is satitfied, but jesus isn't satisfied the way we treat our environment, but the thing is, we don't even care about our environment. if i am wrong, please correct me, but i know no one we stand up for precise earth if it was about to blow up... who would go through all that trouble when they can stop polluting 24/7 . with these terror attacks and things taken place, it shows that we don't care about earth

[color=#810541]I felt the same way until I saw this show on HBO. It's a reality show about people working in dog shelters.

The thing is, there are a lot of strays, and these dog shelters don't have money to support all of them. SO they put their pictures online and on TV, asking people to adopt a homeless pet. You might even see the commercial. They even go on shows and stuff asking for donations to keep the dogs alive...

They showed these few people trying to find homes for these dogs. A few of them were adopted right away, but this one dog they weren

Well, not true, I couldn't adopt a dog because my family wouldn't let me, but I did adopt a cat. If I had the space I would adopt 10 dogs but I can't. When I get older and make my own money, I know for sure that I will donate to shelters and adopt a few pups. I can't do anything nowbecause I'm supported by my parents and they say NO. :huh2:

I try my best to not pollute or litter. But there is so much I can do... We wrote letters to senators in school. And I wrote one about how we need to try to preserve our environment. I never heard back from him. =/ So you know I'm not voting for that bastard when the time comes. :suspect:

10,000 were euthenised last year because they didn't have a home. Pitbuls are knwon to kill, mame, brutaly attack and more than anything else bring pain to those who are near them, but NOOOO. Don't go killing them! Why? Because your boy friend has a pitbul.

If it wasn't for that, and you had no personal affection for pitbuls and someone would bring you the facts, 50 kids killed last year or so and so was attacked, you would say "Yeah, why not?"

So, again, so summarize YOUR position, killing 10,000 homeless dogs = FINE, killing known killers = "NOO DONT KILL THEM!".

Let me tell you something about pitbuls. From what we've seen, one attack can end a life.

I have three little dogs. Yeah, they've bit me like once, but it didn't hurt, because they were small. It's in the dog's blood. Even if you train it, even if it's a super smart circuss dog, it's still going to bite you. Usually, they try when they're small.

But when you have a dog like a pitbul, one bite can end your life. One bite to the leg, jaws locked, and your leg is gone and you're left on the floor to die. No other dog can do this, but the pitbul can, AND THE PITBUL HAS.

BUT NOOO. You'd rather have hundreds of little kids die untill you alow your little pitbul get an ounce of needle.

And you really think people will go through that trouble just to get one of those ugly dogs? No, they'll just have them, sell them, keep them, or give them away to other people. How will the government know you have one? It won't. Nuff said.

AND IF THE GOVERNMENT DOES CHECKS, they take the pitbul, AND THEN WHAT?

I've said plenty of times that pit bulls that have attacked people and are an open threat should be put down. I never said that pit bulls shouldn't be euthanized at all. I don't believe it is alright to take animals that have good homes, good care takers and good personalities and just kill them because of their breed. That

Have the people of denver apealed to the supreme court of denver or protested cause this is an intresting issue that i think with some support can be resolved.

But the issue on drinking and driving i know the facts and statistcis but i think your looking at a little to juvanile dont u think. it is illegal to drink and drive but it is nearly inpossible to out law or ban alchohol it was tried before in the early 19 hundreds and failed horrbly and would fail now, it is just to important to the ecomnomy look at cigaretts. Like it has always been said a gun doesnt kill people, people kill people. by stopping the sell of alchohol it may slow the problem but will not fix it people must learn in there own homes and families how to use alchohol responsibly. in other countries and cultures it is allowed for kids to drink but deaths related to drunk driving are considerably lower. y because they r taugh how to use it reponsibly and i think that is the first step in to fixing this problem.
