I refuse to believe that Ely. I mean Serial killers kill people hence the name. Ever attack was carefully planned and every move they made strategically to avaoid capture.
Malvo himself even made threatening calls to police asking for money to stop there attacks. THIS WAS PLANNED! im not sure an insane person can fully operate a bushmaster rifle the way he did *one shot kills* thuis aint no video game. ;)
