i would like the background black
and something like a blue lightning slash dividing the banner into two halves vertically.
then put the akuma pic on the right side
and the ryu pic on the left side
and the ryu shinku hadoken on the left side shooting right
and the akuma gou hadoken on the right side shooting left
akuma_forever in red
maximum banner length/width thats allowed

ok i'll make it but it wont be animated. the animation of ryu and akuma doing there super is too big to add to a banner.

zsa zsa spek-Ill make your banner as soon as i get done with DXangel's and Bloodpack's banner. Your the 3rd one on my list. I should have it done this weekend. Oh and Merry Christmas to everyone....just wanna say it b/c i may not be back on until after Christmas but will still make the banners.

How about a banner with a blue Asian dragon,white tiger,two-headed turtle,and a phoenix with a white-black Ying Yang symbol in the back,centered?And small Japanese print around the edges?And how about the symbol being as a rising sun with a white-black background also.And at the top edge,instead of Japanese print,have;

And also,if you can do avatars,how about a really small Ken and Ryu doing a double RyuKen towards the sky with a black background,then go to a screen with the Dragon,then Tiger,Turtle,& Phoenix,then "Dragondude",slowly broken apart by Chun-Li kicking.

I noticed that some people like zsa zsa spek and ABC345 want an animated banner. Im not that good at making animations. My specialty is non animated banners. If you want an animated banner then maybe you can ask Johnny5 to do it. I think he would make you one.

First you need to get a program that allows you to make images such as Adobe Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. After that you just need to experiment with pictures. Then use a hosting site to upload them. A great hosting site is http://www.7host.com. When/if you get the program, me or johnny5 will be happy to help you.
