FALSE the screenshots were real except they were glitches.

I recall the topic when a ####ie posted a few of those screenshots showing that he saw a glitch with Gambit,Rogue,And even one with a pink ryu which looked like Dan Hibiki if my knowledge serves me right.

According to popular beliefs, they were meant to be real screenshots.. but for inhouse purposes, well, we've gotta be honest with ourselves.. Gambit, well the last time TMyApp gave any news on him, he was about 35% done, and Rogue, about 20%.. There's no way on earth, they would be playable at that level.. so there's no way those screenshots could be real.

As a matter of fact, before starting the screenshots contest, we considered making a set of fake screenshots, like usual with Roger and madlib fighting *cougH* .. I know.. that's from [adult swim] :biggrin:

But TMyApp wanted the community to be involved this time.. and that's why the screenshots contest began. :biggrin:

And SBYRD5.. I don't know where you got ur theory from.. but heh, I sure like your attitude of sticking with it. :biggrin:

Blanka09: from what TMyApp told us when we all analysed the screenshot section saying they were false because the helpers they used wasn't mathcing the little icon in the left hand corner. TMyApp said those screenshots we true, really GAMBIT was there and so was rogue... the moves they were using were created. the intro also was created by ingame footage ! that's what he told me a few years ago when i asked.

that's mainly why GAMBIT, ROGUE and whoever was int here... is already made at a certain percentage !
but there is no way for him to add them to this game without him asking us who we want first !

SSJKarma: When I said the shots were fake.. I didn't mean TMyApp just made them up by cutting and pasting or some other means.. All I'm saying is, a normal user.. even a mod can't produce those sorta shots because of the presence of characters that aren't presently usable.

Now TMyApp has completed those characters... ie Rogue and Gambit to an extent.. but not to one that would make them playable. Heck, if he has, then there's nothing holding him back from releasing it.. like a poll or something. That's just unethical :biggrin:

But the main thing is, we can't produce those sorta shots.. only TMyApp can.. and yes.. from ingame footages like the one in Street Fighter Alpha 3, TMyApp can create intros to his own game Street Fighter Online. Something I learned a few weeks ago :biggrin:
And besides, it's his game.. I don't think he needs <font face="Times New Roman">our approval</font> to add them. :biggrin:

think for a sec... he uses emulators to get his sprites from, we can also do the same. there is like tons of emulators on the net, and roms are easily found as well... so why would he be the only one capable of doing the same as he !

don't take him for a god BLANKA09, the engine is great that i give him credits, but the sprites, backgrounds and basically all the graphics there is in game, everyone can do that !

I am very well aware of the fact that anyone can create screenshots containing Rogue, Gambit even Charles Xavier..
but tell me.. with the downloaded version of Street Fighter Online that you've got and with the characters that have been released, can you actually do it without the help of any other outside programmes like emulators??

Only TMyApp can make those screenshots from legit SFO characters and not those from emulators cause he's the one making them for the game, and coding thier moves to synch with other characters. :biggrin:

In any case... Karma, you should not take Blanka for a fool so easily and quickly. If you read and think about what you have read for a while, you will find your answers. Blanka is correct in saying that only Tmy can create those kinds of shots, and no matter how anyone puts it, there is no way to prove him wrong about this. You'd have to get the specific sprites, etc. to do this; and Tmy's sprites (and etc.'s) are different from the original sprites. Even the slightest difference is still a difference, so don't mix them up.

And Sbyrd: It is your right to not believe. But please remember this. Two things are needed in exchange to produce a lie: A motive, and malignancy. And two biggrins, a malignancy does not make, SByrd.

I recall them being done by a nomal user that had some glitch of some sort of Gambit as a striker with wolver

errr... roll blanka09, i can proove you by making themselves that i can exactly do the same as tmyapp !

and by what you say its like TMyApp drawed them by hand without any emulators which is false since he said it himself that he rips them from some emulator for arcades that he uses !

i would say BLEEM for SFA3 PSX, since its the only version GUILE was in !

seriously, he may have readjusted them, but in no way has he created them in any way !

what i mean is that TMyApp is the only one capable of adding chars to the game, no others have the right to and that i know for sure since he told it himself that he wants no help whatsoever for making the game. also the server master told us himself that he doesn't have access to TMyApp's works !

so again, anything not created by TMyApp is purely fake !
except perhaps if you took out screenshots from the game directly.

O god I can see it now lol, "Sonic Boom," "Sonic Boom," "Sonic Boom," The pic. of "Charlie" and "Bison" is fake, the sprits are not the same size as the ones in the game. Also the sprit's quality is much better then the ones we have now.

Then as Elean said you can see the white in his fingers.
