Well.... The way I can explain, is that it feels like a nice, cool, and very calm breeze that flows through my entire body, (starting from my chest) and it circulates all over my body continuously until I wish for it to stop...Although, it takes a bit before it totally stops...

you guys are all lairs and have been watching way too much Dragonball/z/gt and playing way to much street fighter. An electric ball coming out of your hand? I think not. Unless i see it for my self or can do it myself. Can you explain exactly how do do it? Probably not. Sure humans have great potential, like the potential to create cures for diseases. Humans have acomplished great things. Like space travel, television and communication services ( TV, Telephone etc) , computers etc. It is impossible to create balls of energy? If you can create balls of energy enlighten me. I'm braindead!?!?!? I'm not the one who repeated themselves three times. I swear, most of you people think this is some DBZ crap. It's nothing like that!!!! We must have said that 50 times. Also how long were you trying to do it for, and what were you doing at the time.If you keep believing there is no way to do it of course your not going to accomplish it. It's like riding a bike. Most people will tell the person that is helping them don't let go of the bike because they don't have enough confidence in themselves to do it yet. But when they let go of the bike somehow there able to ride :shocked: . You have to free your mind and belive you can do this. Also if you want to know how to do it step by step I have posted it earlier, you just have to look for it. Try it again and this time go into a room with no distractions and really concentrate on it. DON'T SAY TO YOURSELF YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO DO IT OR IT WON'T HAPPEN. Tell me if your able to do it :D

The only way I can explain it is you have to imagine your energy serging through every part of you. I don't know how to explain it any other way.

GOKAN: when i started to do it, i was like 14 ! now i'm 22. at that time, i wasn't even knowing what KI was all about ! it started as a friend of mine who was trrying to do one for the last 3 weeks, then he suddently was able to !

and no, i think you're the one who thinks to much about DBZ cause we for our part have telling since the satart that it was far from the crap we see in that show !

as for energy, you don't believe in it ? then how come you live ? its been poroven by scientist all over the world that living things emit energy waves from there body. what we are talking is CONTROLLING THAT ENERGY ! some refer to it as AURA but its all one and the same !

People meditate in many diffrent ways, but I'll tell you how I do it. First, go to a room with absolutly no distractions. Then sit down and close your eyes. The best way I can explain this is try to feel for your soul and inner energy and concentrate on bringing it out. Don't let your mind wander or you will break your concentration. After I do it I'm usually able to sense my energy all around me. Hope this helps :D :D
