Oscanoo server? - Make it useful..

The oscanoo server.. hmm maybe we can implement a little pong game there.. or cannons or minigolf game.. It would be fun to play.. Since its just sittin just here.. Y not make sumptin of it.. make it avaible to log into and have some if not all of these little mini games included.. I think that it will be fun :rolleyes:

I don't think it'll happen anytime soon since Tmy is to busy and thinking and creating new things for the TLF maybe he could after he got the big things done first which I dont see happening for a long time since there will always be something I mean after TLF there will be another poll with another series and etc.. So its not really gonna happen when he finally does get the time for something like this..

Too keep the server up it takes money and I don't know if it is up. So as you can see it's not likely they would turn it into a ping pong game. Since we need as many servers as we can get due too the amount of people playing the game every day.

^ it cost money to the person that has the server up, I could host it, it will cost me because i'm running my PC on and that means electric bills.

Quite a lot of stories in the air about that server... but what I can confidently tell you, is that it's presently down and we're not sure if it'll be coming back up. At this point, we've got about 4 working servers. The DOR Server, Global Server, SFO Tournament and Back up server.. so you can see that servers aren't top priorities at the moment :biggrin:

The faith of that server is unknown at this point, but it does take a bit of dedication and some sorta monetary value to host a server, and keep it running constantly. Oscanoo server has helped us since the days of XvsSF and maybe we should at least relieve the host for a little bit.

but as far as your other crazy greenland ideas go, that's probably not gonna happen.. so let's just lay it to rest.. eh?? :biggrin:
