I just logged into sfo with all my letters in lowercase(thats how my vip is) and my perks are gone..Has this happend to anyone else?

no not me try to clear your cache mabye that will help

- Inertnet Options
- (Under Temporary Internet Files) Click Delete Files
- (optional) delete all offline content

The try restating your computer and you should be good to go.
