Rocket punch, spidy kick and optic blast - Cheapest moves in the game.

I think that optic blast, spidy kick and rocket punch should be tweaked cause some ppl are abusing these moves like crazy. I think that they should take off a bit of the level like bisons teleporting move use to do when he first came out. That way they cant use it 24/7 all the time. or maybe u can do something where after a certain amount of that attack that it is disabled or something.

Post here if you think this would be good or bad.

sure we take them off for the ####s who abuse them, but then those who use them fairly get "punished" because they are not as effective as before

Block then super jump. Then youll lag teleport on the other side of there screen a good sent user wud no this but a #### one not a sniff.

pip trust me i've tried everything to get out the sleeve, and when i have the damage has been that great. i don't know he just seems to move way faster than he should, i might just need to re learn to use him.
