Hey was wondering if there was anyway you could make the dcr throw a cookie out that saved your option settings?

I change my keyboard controls and my port settings every time I play, so a cookie that'd remember that stuff when I logged in would be kinda nifty.

#### you know too much about that shit. That would be wise though... I do the same, except I don't change my port, just my keyboard.

Yeah, I did. I'm only trying to have some fun here. As for the cookie thing, I do think it's a good idea, but why do you change the button configurations? Don't they work for you? And yes, I still want that cookie.

I changed the button config when I first started to make it easier for me to identify the keys cause I use the arrow keys. Now Im so used to it, I'd suck if I didnt change them every time.

MrGrim

Selvin

Look at the top of the page. You tried to put some HTML up on the forum for a picture. It didn't work. So an "X" is left in it's place.

Domanation... HA! I have the second most posts to Ewalk (TMyApp, plz don't bring me to Newbie.) And for the second thing. Everyone else is playing the game and not chatting here. Don't worry. My presence is felt with RagingDemon3K around. You won't see him in Big Bertha. Check Project X.

By Domination I meant all the posts had my name on the front page.

MrGrim, the reason Selvin, and the rest of us for that matter, can't see these pictures, is that they are hosted by Tripod. If you didn't already know, Tripod doesn't allow their images to be posted in anything outside their member's own webpage. The same goes for Geocities.

If you don't know what a cookie is no one shuld have to tell you what a cookie is. (lol) As for 7726 that is what I like to call a number.

BrainDed7726
10-12-2001, 08:44 PM
Well, 7726 is a random number that I thought of, and a cookie is something that is downloaded into your computer used to save information found on webpages and other online programs. Oftentimes, cookies show up in your "Temporary Internet Files" folder as text documents. "Cookie" is also a name given to a variety of baked goods which have tendency to be round in shape, and have chocolate chips incorporated into it.

WHY DID YOU TELL HIM WHAT A COOKIE WAS?!? NOW THE FUN IS OVER, ugh.
