To true, but if you have played ANY Street Fighter 3 game, you know that if you jump you will and should be punished. (I love that game so much, I wish THIS ONE didn't have air blocks.)

Chun-li is not all that good i mean people who have chun-li i can beat them easily except when they have lag.
