montalvo was there too and he was just like me... angry

the first 3 images had 2 minutes between them, see the first problem ?
he flooded like hell saying things that doesn't belong there !
next problem has something to do with his name, guess what i mean !

we need flood protection in the chat room, and smackdown doesn't even do is job in there. i mean people just say whatever they want smackdown keep his butt on the ground playing card with other bots when people in there were just capsing everything, flooding the room and using names that are very insulting !

there is a big update needed here ! smackdown isn't perfect, i know that but still if he does something then im gonna be happy. but it is all the contrary, he's sitting duck in there !

this is not a flame to tmyapp but a simple look on what is happening in the room when mods arent there !

yeah i was there and it was a pain. everytime i'm on theres always someone talking trash on someone else. sometimes ppl just randomly pick out others to start a fight(verbal) with. That FUB guy had some serious problems. no doubt bout that.

i know what you mean. i started flooding just to see if smackdown would do anything about it. he did not and plus i think that smackdown need to be online all day and all night because while hes gone during the morning and night people start flooding and it stars to get so annoying. they think that they run everything and can do what ever they want when hes or any other bot aren't there. please do something about it either get more bots and take turns in the chat rooms or get smackdown to do his job right and please bann people with inaproprate names or make them change them and threaten them that you are going to bann them. please tmyapp and lord. its driving me crazy *starts pulling out his hair*

seriously tmy, it is not the words in smackdown who cause the most problem... its the FLOOD people make. just look at the player in the picture (down/right), if you say he's simply talking then i am god himself. the only thing he was doing was getting himself attention. this kind of attention, we cannot allow it. Cause the screen is already overchatted like that (cause its small), so if a moron like that is allowed to flood like that then we cannot even have a little discussion in there cause we'll have no time to read what others will be saying !

conclusion: we need FLOOD PROTECTION !
people getting ignore for like 30 seconds if they write more than 5 lines in a 2 seconds or something like that.

what do you say ?

SSJKarma: we already have that.. and we HAD that feature since god knows when...

go to any chat server.. and start flooding real fast.. u'll see what happens...

the problem is people "flooding" by posting the crap once every second or half a second... since its not "fast" enough.. the server does nothing...

you can only write about 3 lines in 3 seconds... anything faster you get 1 warning, then a kick (which means a 10 min re-download for most 56k users).... but, this system just doesn't seem to be good enough :(

you said seomehere in the bug section that there is a client side and a server side to this game right ?

if so then why dont you put that ignore the flooder on the client side ? then even with the lag, the person will be ignore by the client !

like an auto-ignore fonction !
IRC use that kind of option, like if the script(client) detect someone flooding 5 line per 5 seconds than the program(Client) put that person au ignore all by itself !

is that kind of thing possible ?
it wouldn't do anything in the chat room but for the client it would clear valuable space in that same room !

Just an idea that came out of the blue, but how about a boot feature? If at least 5 people boot someone, they are kicked out? but you need a good reason, such as: "This player is posting rude comments" and the like. What do you think? O.o;

there really isn't much we can do... everything is already done by the book (ie: "like IRC" .. *cough*.. and the mods know this more than anyone)

How about applying that same list the bots have to the names? I still have screens of someone who created the name "f***er" and spammed by entering and leaving instead of actually using it in their msg...

Just imagine what someone who has intelligence could do with that kind of power...

TMYAPP: there is a thing in the game who just get on my nerve and it's been a while ! when you block a super, it is blocked yes, but when you use a helper you char just stop blocking and you're being hit until your helper hit your opponent.

i think it is a real problem that need to be solved !

when i use an helper its obviously because i want to stop the person from sending me super, not being it while i do ! it's so stupid to do a thing like that. cause of lag the only thing people want (at least me) is not losing life. if i have to be hit cause i DEFEND with an helper than i prefer continuing blocking cause the helper become useless !

the helper in that case would be more for attack purpose !

i agree... i think there needs to be more bots on through out the night and day. Alot of times when im on there isnt a bot so ppl start cussing and laughing about them. And also ppl r using the other f so they can get away from getting kicked. Some ppl think it is fun to get kicked so they do it on purpose. I think wut would be great is if u get kick more than 3 times in one day u should be banned that day... well its just a thought... :)
