why not have a limitation on the amount of poeple allow in a server. This would prevent over use of servers.

OR, perhaps, people could donate bandwidth and sapce and their own servers for more people to play and thereby having more people being able to play at the same time. I don't think it's fair to cut people out of the game just because others are playing. Not to mention that if some people can never get on, they will almost certainly give the game a bad reputation.
And you can bet that some of those people who don't have any knowledge about this server limit would come into the Bugs and Problems forum and moan about how they couldn't get on, creating more posts for TMyApp to read through, wasting his time and preventing him from helping people with real problems sooner.

there are 3 servers open with no one there

I was think that the server limit would be based on the amount of people loaded in the game. If there are 80 people on, the limit for each server would be 20 (theres 4 servers right)

Then people should be diverted to the other servers automatically when Big Bertha is full, or semi-full. There shouldn't be an automatic block on those people, but a redirect would be better.

i think i have seen bigburtha full
i was playing and when i tried to get back into the server it wouldnt let me so i tried the next one after like 5 tries... when i got into the next server there was like 5 ppl in there
so i guess it did get full
P.S. i see the chat name list scroll bar was fixed =)
