bah...that would mean a person having a sudden advantage in the next round...
personally i wuold not want to go against a normal ryu starting off with a lvl 3 super bar and me with a lvl 0 bar

Kingryu1, why wouldn't you ?
i mean that that ryu guy would be in trouble if he would try and kick you 3 supers in a row !

but i agree, i think its more fun this way...
who would want to start with 3 supers in the round anyway. it is clear that if you don't use supers you won't use it the next round ! and for those who think of keeping the bars for the RD, i say you may think of it twice before thinking of it... the RD is easily countered and it means you will have kept 3 bars for nothing and wasted your time with the move !

RD never connects against my sent !
and its not just sentinel, every user i know cancels it out easily !
so i am with king, its fine the way it is now !

i think he means ur super bars,
like in jojo's bizarre adventure, one of the best fighting games made by capcom ever, ur bars would carry on to the next round so someone who just killed their oppenent will be at a disadvantage.

jojo's bizarre adventure was pretty much sf but u had a extra button to trigger ur stand, phsical projection ofur persona, to come out and would stand next to ur and would attack with u and do really cool supers and stuff, it had supers and such too, it was one of the best fighting games ever but it didn't get much publicity...

umm actually it used to be that way.. i dont know why it changed...

but back in the good ol days when u had for example 2 Levels and u win or lose the next round.. u will still keep those 2 levels... i actually like that idea... sometimes the won who won the round have 0 levels and the won who lost the first round have 2.. giving the loser a chance to comeback for a BETTER game
