Well I am posting this topic to ask about a rule being added....About posting topics asking for characters..(sorry if this is already a rule or has been suggested)But I figure that when new users login/anyone that does login will see something that pops up telling them to read the rules before posting..?

Yeah I agree with you. Maybe there should be a pinned topic in New Features telling everyone about the polls, marve| characters and non sf characters.

For the rules part. When people join..they should get an auto-message welcoming them and have a link in it to the rules. Some of the new comers these days is....just....well...i dunno how to explain it. :D

the rule thing is already active !
when you join and you loggin for th efirst time the first thing you get into is the rule section !

as for the rules against new characters, well we can bare with it, i mean we can't ban new comers for asking a thing. so we have no choice but to warn them to stop posting such things for it take sa lot of time to tmyapp to implement such characters ! other then telling them that we can't do much more !
