Tougher sentinel - Improve sentinels defense

All great Sentinel user can agree with me that Sentinel is taking as a joke in this game ppl keep on tripping him, or just standing right under him or corner rape him with wolvrine. Thats why i thought wouldnt it be best to give sent his Great defense like in other games, u notice how Hulk,Zangief and Juaggernaunt, can get hit and not be phased by the hit all they do is flicker.

For example Zangief dashes at his enemy arms wide open for a throw even if u hurl a hoduken or weball, there will be lil damage done to him and hell still be rushing at u same with hulk u could be hitting him and he can just punch u when u were attacking him.

So all i am saying is that it would be great if sent could by pass a few weak punch kicks and projectiles to give him a more advantage over other players. :biggrin:

I think sentinel is ok for now, because of the lag you know, tripping him ain't a nice thing to do, and people are smart enough because they know lag, so they don't dare to trip you all the time, I think sentinel should be tweaked.... his rocket punch, it should go back once it hits a projectiles, its like invulnerable, crazy... cheap like optic blast

Im not talking about just trips but also punchs, kicks, and projectiles.

so basically what ur sayin is that u want sent to have super armor like in the other vs games. i actually agree with this cause i beat a lot of sent users just by pummeling them. super armor would be nice to have. capcom knows what they are doing with their games. if a character is big then give them super armor. good idea masterx ;)

WOLVE cant do #### to my sent.....the only person 2 beat my sent with wolve that i can remember...was Redmoon...but i beat him after..meh....hes so easy 2 defend with..he bounces on the ryu special...........that kicks owns him but meh

man just leave him..hes fine.it would be unfair on ryus user....and sent...takin as a joke....who thinks my sents or blazes is a joke lol...no1....spideys a flipin joke

I like this idea. It could be another thing added to the game for when we ever get rogue. One thing i like about marvelvscapcom was how rogue could steal super armor and still be fast.

how about just don't make sentinel rock around while getting hitted, just not moving... so he could escape from the close hits... but I still don't want him to change, I actually think its sentinel is cheap enough lmao

well Pip here thinks he is the almighty with Sent remember I did fight along side with u once with sent. Now for sent to have his super armour like in Children of atom would be great, sent would stand a much more chance against those expericned wolvrine, Ryu, Chun-li, Cyclops, and Spideman. All they do is just jump at sent and do web bal,l web ball, web ball, hdouken, hdouken, Optic blast, Optic blast, Optic blst.

And by doing that they can stay in the air longer and just beating him. Then thier are some Ryu player who light punch u in a corner and sent punch goes right above his head or right threw him.

Yea it does sound good. Me being a wolv user know what ya tlaken about. When I get a sent user against the wall its practicaly over. Only I few skilled sent users can get out of it. All the others are just cheap with sent and thats where he gets the bad name from.

Its very hard to play keep away with sent against Wolverine,
1. Sent is big and if u try to jump over wolverine u can still get caught in the BBX.
2.I never do the crouch hardkick reason why when i do it does knock them back but in a split sec they pop back right in front of me like a rubberband.
3. Then there are the moves u cant escape, Drill claw, Spidey kick, Chun-lis lighting kick and Ryu's dragon punch over and over. Most Ryu players would just hk sent to death jump in air and hk land then down hp triping sent.

Then there is the get right under sent and weak punch or kick him till they get 99 hits.
