Irc chat for forum

theres like a mini chat thingy for forums that you can install...
i had it in my clan but it didnt make it so im recomending this mini chat thingy for the forum it was installed all the way at the right hand corner o.o

There's already an IRC Chat room for SFO... I doubt if there's any need for another one in the forum... if for any reason you need to chat with someone, send them a private message :biggrin:

Who needs a chat room when you have this! You can talk to everyone in frozen convos conveniently.

But chatrooms allow you to talk to people *almost* face to face. They allow direct communication, and fast responses as well. It's not something to be shrugged off, especially when it has almost the same power as a telephone.

you can spam as much as you wnat to (i guess) but the spamming dont count to go for stars lol...

@ does not mean they are bots, it means they are operators. I have an @ by my name in there that doesn't make me a bot =/

Come to the irc at night, thats when everyone is on. Also to the post above, you cannot spam all you want. You would be kicked right away and persistency of the spam would result in a ban from the channel or maybe other actions.

with a @ by their name means that their a mod or been oped... its like here.... the bots in irc chat have to be commanded to do something and have to have a ! before giving the command
