yep.. this one will bring in a LOT of flaming :biggrin:

1st off... major bugs with Spider-Man have been tweaked (remember how he was ultra fast in p3/p4 version ?? well.. no more) .. Spidey will also gain less Hyper-bar when doing his moves.. and he is a tad-bit slower...

... Cyclops' "optic blast" has been slowed down by 1 animation frame (its not much.. but its something)...

blocking... as of this version... it will be a LOT easier to block hyper moves... (and i do mean "a lot") ... not against the AI in practice mode hower (they are still lethal)

"Project-X Server" is now a "tournament" server... thus.. it will only be up when tournaments are around... also, ALL VIP perks will be OFF while in this server (thus, making the tournaments a lot more fair)

.. the downlodable version is down (due to "server problems".. what else is new)... but all should be back to normal in the next few days... just... use the web-version for now (via "mirror 1" )

and last but not least.... a new VIP only character has been released .. *cough*... Evil Ryu ... *cough*... u may start u'r flaming... nn... NOW !!! :biggrin:

good work, more benefits to those who deserve them and my favorite update of all.....bug fixin'! Honestly, i would rather have all the bug-repair updates in the world b4 something gets added, it helps the game so much, but yet Tmy has gone the extra step to put in a new char. for all the VIP's. Congrats, you can rest 'til at least april now, TMyApp.

I am sorry tmyapp but u really fliped up the game now. I mean WTF!!!!!!!!!! VIP's get that cheap ass evil ryu??? His air super gets you where ever you are in the screen. Now this is just too far tmyapp. You are making it that the vip's get the advantage in every fight they are in. Now in order for me to beat these cheap ass evil ryu's, I am gonna have to play as cheap of a cyclops as I can to match evil ryu's cheapness. I mean honestly, you really made it unfair to all the people who arent VIP's to play against the vip's now.

come on it isn't that bad...you dont gotta be cheap to beat him...if your so unhappy with it then just dont fight vip's, but you gotta remember that if it wasn't for them this game wouldn't still be here and having extra stuff for them makes more people want to become one cos how many people do u think would still want to be a vip if it wasn't for getting extra stuff?? barely any...i might be wrong here but there's probably only a few vip's who are actually in it just to help the game and the rest r just there for the perks

Just one question, what is the Helpers.cct file for? is there some new secret helpers we don't know about? or maybe you've tweaked the helpers we already have?

Fight me with ryu and let me chose cyclops and I'll show you why it needs to be slowed down more than it already is. I didn't see any difference in .7d form .7c in cyclops not one.

I havent played in a while. But when i did i notice there was Ryu in gray outfit (not black). Something told me something was up. Then when i fought a V.I.P he chosse ryu and me sent. To me he kind of sucked (lol) but that Tenma Gou-Zankuu is one nasty move. Im suprised Tmy I didnt even expect to see raging demon in this game yet. Good work. :biggrin:

There is a bug with cyclops if you watch carefully.

When you hold down back and heavy punch at one corner of the screen and the opponnent is at the other, with the optic blast is travelling in the air you can keep on pressing puch and it ups your level with out do in nothin.

Anyone else find that? :(

that might be to do with the "dash" option, if you leave it turned on, all you have to do is keep pressing back (or away) from your opponent and your hyper bar will fill up easily. Even more so if your opponent is trying to attack.

A very good way to fill up your hyper bar, quickly without risking being hit!
I use it quite often... except don't fall into the trap of trying to do it too much, cos every tactic has its drawback eventually
