[ SMARCH UPDATE ] - official discussion

well, this will probably be the LAST update this month, so, here it is:

while i was hoping to release the new "big" version around the 15th+ it didn't happen (sleep, life and other less-important-than-XvsSF things got in the way)

however, we are STILL on for the 31st (just one week people) :biggrin:

i'll be honest, some of the features MIGHT not make the release... but, most of them, none of u even heard of, so i suppose you won't even notice/miss them (which makes you think why tha #### am i even writing about them) :biggrin:

the ideals of "quantity over quality" and "deadline over working/stable" still apply... they are what made this game great (and/or what it is now), so, whatever u do, go easy on me with all ya'bitching when u rush the forum @ 12am on the 31st :biggrin:

now.. back to reality... there has been a LOT of down time on authentication/top-scores servers, as well as a LOT of lag problems when it comes to the game chat... the only thing i can tell you, is that most of the problems will be fixed with the new release on the 31st... so.. just hang in there a bit longer...

also, the top scores will be reset sometime in the 1st week of April (which should help a lot of the crashes we are having now)

TO DEBUGGIN' TEAM: get ready to debug 6 hours b4 the final release, cause thats all the time u'r gonna get :biggrin:

thats it for the update.... Cyclops is now due in LATE April (shall we say the 30th ??)... enjoy :biggrin:

oh.. and a VERY special prize will go to the 1st person to EMAIL me the origin of the "typo" in this topic (not applicable to mods) :biggrin:

Typo? Well, to how I type, I see lotsa them... but don't worry, TMyApp. I won't complain when the new version comes out. Things will take however long they'll take, and I don't think that 'yelling' at you will make anything happen other than the little status being changed to 'BANNED'. :)
