aight.. i'll make this quick/clear

1: if you must post animated pics in every one of u'r threads (ryu doing haduken, cyclops his optic blast, etc) you MUST post them in your "signature" (go to your control panel to set that up)... that way, people like myself can turn off the display of all user sig's and not be bothered with the damn things

2: no sig/banner/multiple-pics can be bigger than this:

so.. if u have 20 pics of ryu, and they take up more space than this banner... well... u get the idea :biggrin:

3: as b4 (this is nothing new) no pics in the post can be bigger than 1 standard page on 1024x768 res... if i have to scroll today, you won't be able to login tommorow :biggrin:

text posts can be as long as you want them to be, as long as it is you talking about something and not posting a copy of the white pages....

4: this is in the official rules, but i'll say it again... do NOT double post! .. use the "edit" function... and most importantly, DO NOT double post !! (noffin pisses me off more than this, thus i must say it twice for those who are "slow")

there are only 3-5 people who fall under these rules... rule #3 doesn't effect the "garbage" sections of the forum (yet) .... so, go crazy in "Random Insanity"

also... if i find u'r post offensive (even a little) the thread will be deleted and you may be banned...

...oh well. I was planning on making my own sig anyway, and that size is perfect! *saves the banner pic thingy* o.o; although the max size for banners/pics/whatever is a bit small.... but who cares. As long as I can put in my new horrible banner, then I am happy. :corky:

those are 2 different thing !
the signature can be turn off not the images in the text !
unless you specified the browser to turn them off !

hey, the site actually works now for me. I've been away for a little, but good thing I read this b4 I posted (i had Zangief's DFAB in my sig and it was a little bigger thatn the allowed). I wish I didn't have to get rid of it, but o well. I'll have to convince ppl to get him in the game another way.....

Check your pixel count by checking the properties. If it exceeds the pixels of TMyApp's pic (679 * 151) then it's too big.

But like I've said before, you can always resize it...

hey heres an idea for ya TMyApp and Team.

Would it be possible for one of your crew. To "tweak" the post/reply screen of Ikonboards. So that the add image button/add image tags,of the post/reply screen, made use of the users account,add signature image text field?

I/E Dont allow the use of images in the standard reply box. But add an image url field below the reply field. That would utilize the users signature image cgi (or what ever it's called)

yo bro ill tell u.go to my control panel.click on edit profile.click on avatars options.then choose.to make ur onw avatar.go to a website with a pic u like.right click it press on propotise.copy the url.paste it.go to its propotise again.u see where it says a number x a number pixels.copy them.write them in heath and wieth.then ull have something like this

You can use any paint editor like Adobe, you put it on a site, then put it in your sig.

make a banner ...
and save it ofcourse

go to www.boomspeed.com / www.ranchoweb.com
and host it there..

then put it in ur PROFILE :D
