i cant download the file

whenever i try it always says the page cannot be displayed

i dunna why but somtimes same thing happens to me you can just wait till the page fixes its self but you can try to delete your cash and you cookies that may work.

Whenever this happens to me i just restart my computer, it usually fixes the problem
