He means Fooly Cooly, or something like that. It's not a very pretty Anime show; it's really just perverted and random if you can understand some of their little "jokes".

In any case, Magicknight Rayearth (every series') would be my favorite. Nothing beats Hikaru's Crimson Lightning and Fire Arrow spells, and Mokona's pudgy bunniness.

For that matter, AZN, if you want comedy with some adult nature in it, try Clamp's Chobits and Wish anime series. They're a hit, and a barrel of laughs; especially Chobits.
