normal/turbo - dont know how it works (read inside)

hey, i was playing in a 2 vs 1 match and i was player 2 !
im pretty sure of that ! forget it I WAS player 2 !

but i never had the chance to choose between turbo or normal !

i want to know what could have done that ?

its a bug that player 2 gets... sometimes u cant choose ur character and speed mode...
