Soul calibur 2 - Guest of the game

Yep if u havent been to BG, or have been hiding under a rock,
Namco has done it again. In the new game Soul Calibur They bring in 3 star guest to the game and each one appears on a diffrent console.

I have a PS2 and I really want to play with link so I guess Namco really had the great idea to make them in dif console's *cough dambasterds cough* I wanted a GC in a way reason just for the fighting games Bloodywar3 Supersmashbro melee and Soul calbiur, also the adventure and 1st person shooting games.
But as u see u can vote for who u think would be the best of Soul Cailbur or who u would like to use.

Why did Namco put Heihachi? He doesn't fit as well as Spawn and Link. Anyway Link HAS to be GCN, otherwise there will be problems. But yeah it would have been great to have all three in all the consoles, but regardless Link kicks all their ***es.

yeah heinachi(don't care about spelling) doesnt fit well into the soul caliber series because he doesnt use a weapon. and spawn in cool that he uses a big axe but he really relies on his hellspawn powers to burn his foes asses.

You see how tht sucks for me I have tekken games and i dont even use the old bag of bones!

well they put yoshimitsu on there even in the original arcade sc2 but old hetaichi is the ONLY char not 2 use a weapon
now thats brave
but mayb u can unlock the uther chars from each game

I would really like to play with spawn, cos i like that whole anime pretty cool stuff.
But link he's just gonna take out all of them...
hes the only 1 with a projectile weapon!
like to see heihachi kick a bomb or a flaming arrow :D

well... the only thing i can say is... YOSHIMITSU is already in there ! started in TEKKEN 3 also !

so why wouldn't thay have added soem more characters from the TEKKEN games !
but i also wonder why HEIHACHI ?
yoshimitsu has a weapon so it was obvious that he could be in it, but heihachi doesn'T use any weapons ! thus making him the only fighter in the game to fight BARE HANDED !

also...
SPAWN and LINK are cool, but it makes the game a little weirder then it used to look !
i mean link, ok it's part of a legendary heroes in a medieval world ! goes with the flow of the game itself !

but SPAWN is a hero from our own time... meaning years 2000 !
it just doesn'T make any sens having him around the game story !

unless it would have been the REDEEMER who was existing back then !
but the spawn we know just isn't fit for the game story !

anyway...
too bad i won't have any of the mentionned consoles !
i wanted BLOODY ROAR 3 : PRIMAL FURY... i have the first and second games at home, i really would have wanted to have the third as well !

Ok I admit the Zelda games are a bit medieval-ish, but your explanation makes Zelda seem more medieval than it really is. Just wanted to say that.

Other alternatives for Link would be Marth and Roy from Fire emblem, but Link would do. If an SC3 is released I would like to see all three of them in the arcades(at least).

And Link kicks all their ***es.(I swear, I won't say it anymore)

Excatly what I said to myself ssjKarma, when i was at BG and they were talking about link in soul Calibur 2. I thought they were on crack. But to see for my self at gamespot.com they do have link in the game. Link funny/also cool looking character I though he would stand out. And some of these pics show that this is Link from Supersmashbro melee but its in 3D.
