Unfortunatlly, It is LEGAL! Approved by Government! Read the the WHOLE read me file and you'll understand. There has been 20 version of MUGEN.I think XvsSF online is ILLEGEL, that's why they dont want us talk talk about it in a talk free forum section.)

XMvsSF is illegal in the fact that tmyapp broke's the first law of COPYRIGHT which means that even if he say that the characters are CAPCOM and MARVEL repectively ! he is against the law for not paying tribute to the the companies for using those characters, but... since he does not do money out of this game, not including DONATIONs. the companies don't seems to be against it !

but, MUGEN has to be PAYED to gain a license for it, so basically, if you never payed for a license you are illegal !

but, the fact is...
MUGEN is a rule here, you can't talk about EMULATION, and or MUGEN !
so unless you're dumb, this isn't about the damn mugen, its all about the damn XMvsSF online !

Just to tell you guys HAQ is no more than a no good fake! He is not the creator of evil ryu or evil ken! He's a no good sprite and character thief in the mugen community! He goes around in forums such as the Warmachinemadness forum:
