Wolverine's sliding claw

Ok how shall i put this basically i've already told some one guess not working out but Wolverine's Sliding Claw on a 1 on 1 if you try to do down forward hard punch it doesnt work if you do 2 on 2 tag and pick two Wolverine's the first one
can not do sliding claw but the second one can i've tested this like over 50 times on Arcade and in the server's 1 2 3.
And yes i know its been like this for ages, this is just to TmyApp any chance this will be fixed or in next version, cause i really wanna play with Wolverine and that move is essential for me.
but i mean it is in the move list on http://nosoul4evr.cyberfuturism.com/ and http://www.vgmfusion.com/senshuk/home/tutorials.html ???

yeah when wolvie is first his claw doesnt work but when hes second then he has the ability to do it

exactly but barely anyone loves using wolverine

Well you see there is a trick with his sliding claw and it comes in handy against ryu user's :)

I think their is problem with controling.

Hold on to hp, its always worked for me.

You aint doing it right then go into a 2 on 2 tag or hell 1 on 1 try to do sliding claw with the first Wolverine it doesnt work do it with the second Wolverine wow you're in luck you can do it as i said i've tested this and i've asked 30 people to try it out for me same problem and there is nothing wrong in the controling :)

actually yesterday i was fighting some one 1 on 1 and he did a sliding claw... but still doesnt work for me
