how do u get 0.2k? - wont autoupdate

ive been waiting to play chun li for a while now and today was the day when it all happens

like earlier updates as u well know that it autoupdates
but it didnt for me im stuck on 0.2j not 0.2k
ive loaded it lotsof times and it wont auto update
please help me hae i tried all the options or not?
desperate to play!

i tried one o thse links and it worked well sorta
i couldnt play on big bertha then later on
it said i was out of date again and i had to refresh or empty my cache
as im not sure where and what i cache is so i refreshed and a blank white screen said i was out of date and now i cant play the game at all
how do i sieze this and how to empty cache i looked in faq and i couldnt find anything that made sense to my puny brain help im starting to crack im taking it out on my tabe with a screwdriver any longer it will be an ice pick with some snow cones
