Downloaded version doesnt work - Cant click server or character freezes

Hey thanx to everyone who helped me before. But this time its completely didderent. I'm using the downloaded version cuz the mirror 1 wont work. (It jus stops on the shockwave screen if anyone can help.) But the main problem is when i click the servers on the downloaded version it doesnt do anything and in practice when i choose my 1st character it freezes but i can still click the menu. Can anyone help? i dont know if this has been posted before.

I solved the character freeze problem but i still cant click the servers does anyone know what to do? Thanx to anyone who can help.

you sure you got all the files required for it? and for mirror one it's working so you probably just need to clear your cache(I never do that though i just locate my IE cache folder and delete only 1 file which is the dcr file from the game)much faster way if you don't want to reload all the characters

I did that to get the characters to work but i cant do anything with the servers its like the links dont work. I click them but nothing happens it just stays there on the server name screeen. can you help me with that?

which are you using? DL or web version? i got AIM so you can reach me there and i'll try helping you AIM is Nferno666

I dont have AIM but i have msn it is let_it_ripa33@hotmail.com
i also am using the regular version now the mirror its workin again but i cant battle.I cleared my cache. I'm getting tired of this it worked fine with the old version.

alright i think some people were confusd by what i posted. i'm using the mirror now, i got it to finish loading, but i cant pick my character i also can get into chat. Does anyone know what to do.


I think the old version was better i never had these problems no offense or anything.

have you tried clicking on "network" under options, then clicking, then unclicking the first box? i had the same prob, and this should help you....

anywayz...why use the downloaded version if it only gives you problems?

just use the web version

i got the same prob, highlight all the .cct files, cut, then goto the file where all the x-men vs streetfighter thing ikon is. then, paste, and now try it
