gold fish is like carp, not sushi material. no meat on it lol.
newho, raw salmon is very tender and soft and as long as its raised in a sterile enviornment you shouldnt have to worry, but that's were the ginger comes into play anywho.
sushi is the best, and that will be my #1 spending in japan.
