yeah the one on the right is dark ken....Evil Ken is often confused with dark ken...Even though there is no such thing as evil ken or dark ken in the real games...just in mugen, but There is a Violent Ken...

Yeah, make Dark Ken's clothes black (or dark red's fine too ... I think), make his skin a little darker, and I think his eyes might be red.
