Castlevania: harmony of dissonance - I need game help.

Still trapped on castle A and can't get to castle B. The ways I've found to get out are locked doors, places which are too high to jump (also can't get the 2 rings because of this), or its blocked by rocks. I've tried everything. I've explored the whole first map area to the fullest, down to every nook and cranny and found nothing. If anyone has played it can you explain how I can get out of here and into castle B?

Castlevania rhymes with transylvania home to the 'culas and when I mean culas I mean dracula, Duckula(for ducks), Pacula(for pac men) Rocula(the flintstones) etc..
