i been to many forums in my life time and most of them have the members say "bump". it gets me so pissed off cause when i ask them, no one answers. i even heard a n00bie in this forum say bump and i swear he or she is the first one to say bump in this forum in my knowledge, so can you please tell me what does the term bump mean.

the term "bump" is used when people make posts. If it gets too far from the top of the newest posts. People will rel saying "bump" just to move it back up to the top.

oh yes the famous "bump" to get your topic at top so ppl see it...

that is NOT welcome in SFO related topics but i don't mind a stupid thing on RI since the posts wont count to begin with :biggrin:

Wow.. I never knew it was actually an acronym. And did anyone know that yahoo! (Yes.. the multimedia giants) is an acronym as well ?? I'll look for the meaning and post it :biggrin:

Nor I...I just thought bump was just bump my post up but just one word to make up the whole sentence....but I knew about yahoo.
