yes there are...like sentinel isn't very fast, chun-li's moves are harder to pull off, cyke sux at close range...and it seems like ryu is pretty much average...it really depends on how good the person your fighting is with him cos some ppl suck at close range but his mane weakness is against cyke since his optic blasts go through hadokens and maybee wolverine depending on how good u r with him since he's got pretty strong attacks

weakness:

-wolverine: long range distance.
-sentinal: speed.
-chun li: performance.
-cyclops: short range distance.
-spiderman: surface attacks.
-ryu: i would have to say performance.

No.....if you play really good with all those charaters, you'll know that there is no weakness....trust me.....

whitetigerclaw u r an dumbass.

when i start out a match with wolverine, i do berserker slash, drill claw or down, k3 and p3. otherwise if i keep my distance, i am at a huge disadvantage. if they find a way to get away and start using thier projectiles, i at a disadvantage if i dont move fast enough.

why u think sent has those rockets to dash? u ever seen him run? if ur gonna do a hand to hand combat move with sent, get in, get out.

can u perform chun li's moves in a nice combo? few can.

u ever fought with spiderman on the ground most of the times?

rapid punch and gene splice are the best short range moves cyclops can do.

everyone has a disadvantage or a character flaw, no matter how good u are with them.

ok SolidSnake....maybe there are weaknesses.....but people can always find a different way to play.......sometimes when I play with Cyclops, I hardly shoot and I fight close combat....it's way easier for me....Chun_Li's moves are easier to pull off now, because of the new engine. And Wolverine can dodge projectiles easily....just jump and drill claw or super jump...And I can't think of anything to say about Sentinel... :D

man........U guys make me laugh so much........yo there's always someone that has to piss Snake off man....... I never had any problem with him but somehow someway lots of other members have..........anyway back to the topic

Snake's right all characters have a disavantage........they have them so the game is more enjoyable to play........ I mean if all the characters were strong, fast and all that it would be quite boring......... :biggrin:

ryu's weakness may be his jump
i mean, when i use him to jump, its hard for me to manipulate him in mid air
its easier for cyke or chun li...

aight...i dont care bout other characters but wolverine suks againt ryu wen he keep doin projectiles........gets me pissed wen i lose with wolverine against ryu.....

Ever heard of super jumping? Ryu's super jump is the bomb...it's the fastest super jump in the game right now too.....I always super jump....as I am the BEST DODGER!! :laugh:
