its up to you but you should have good members or u need to be good yourself, otherwise you'd only be stomped by other clans :)

it doesnt seem like a new clan would make it in this game unless a bunch of vets make it. apocolypse is right the good players have already been recruited by clans and that leaves a new clan with at the most 5 good players. u would probably end up like X-P who didnt even care how bad their clan was they lost so much ??? i dont mean this as a flame but as a strong factual statement :p

Look up if you want to start your clan. It needs to have good unique things about it.
