A few people have reported of having this problem when the game is done downloading and/or when they are taken to the main menu.

For some reason, instead of seamlessly streaming the background music in the main menu and chat, a pop up box appears in IE browser asking the user to download an MP3 file.

This should NEVER happen. The game should automatically stream the music, and the user should be able to turn it off at any time via the

When exactly does this happen. As soon as the game loads and/or when you get to the main menu?

Also, do you hear music during the intro? Which file (the exact name) does the movie ask you to download? And how are you getting around this problem for now? (do you just close the window and move on?)

i always turn off the music when i play , but some times during the middle of the match the music suddenly turns on...the reason i turn it off is to listen to my music , and then the music interrupts my real player and starts playing the music with sound effects and all.the reason this bugs me is because when this happens a window pops up in the middle of my screen saying application cannot be opened , basically saying that the song on my playlist cant be played cuz the game is using the wave output now, and it doesnt matter that i turn the volume all the way down on the game it still stays up.btw this is awesome keep up the good work i'm spreadin the word about this place !

your probably hitting the "x" key during the game on accident which turns the music on. I've done this before and just hit it again to shut it off.
Little tip on the wave output being used thing. .. get a full duplex sound card so you can listen to mp3's and such as well as sound affects from games, applications, web sites(px).

Hmm, could it be that you are hitting the "X" key or whatever key you made your 'music on/off' button in the options menu?

ive solved my problem. it was my download program that was making it try to download it rather than just play it. I bypass the download program and it works just fine.........

edit: oh and nice music by the way.
