PREAMBLE
We the people of the project x forum, in order to form a more perfect game, establish entertainment, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common user, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of game play to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish the Constitiution for Project X and the x-men vs street fighter online game.
ARTICLE I. THE MAIN SITE
SECTION 1. ADMINISTRATIVE POWER.
The administrators will work on building, repairing and upgrading this site. thier hard work and dedication shall be honored and respected. the administrative power shall also regulate the lag and members here at project x. those administrators are:
-TMyApp: cheif legislature and executive.
-leftyfb: cheif of judical.
SECTION 2. THE SITES.

[1] the game shall have the two options of being downloaded or be play directly online.
[2] the game shall consist three servers or more than three servers, keyboard controls and network configuration.

the FAQ shall consist of helpful ways to fix the game on the users end and to learn how to handle the connections for if a particular problem arises, he shall be able to help himself.
SECTION 4. THE PROJECT X FORUM
the project x forum shall be the site for giving out fighting tips and strategies, reporting bugs and problems to the administrators, giving out useful ideas and new feautures, hosting tournaments and challenging the members here, and for additional help for if the FAQ is not enough.

the servers shall be the location where the fighting and game play goes on. the many servers there can hold as much members as it can. the option to have a quick one on one game or host a game having up to four members is availible.
SECTION 2. WAY OF SPEECH.
profanity is strictly not allowed in the servers, as well for racism, sexist comments and ill mannered remarks. those who commit these acts will be punished.

this section will have topics related to the game and game play as well for having strategies for using specific characters. anything less will be deleted or moved.
SECTION 2. THE BUGS AND PROBLEMS SECTION.
this section will have topics reporting bugs and problem within the game for if the FAQ can not do anything to fix it. the problems will be up for the administrator to repair.
SECTION 3. THE NEW FEATURES SECTION.
this section will have topics holding new ideas and features for the game and better game play. it is up to the administrator to make these new features work or not.
SECTION 4. THE CHALLENGES AND TOURNAMENT SECTION.
this section will hold topics issuing challenges from one member to the other or to host specific tournaments. the tournaments will be held in the servers and to fight other members for respect and/or a prize.
SECTION 5. THE NEW MEMBERS HELP SECTION.
this section is to help new members out and to find help for the game play.
ARTICLE IV. THE MODERATORS
the moderators are to assist the administrators and enforce the laws of the game and forum. they are to be respected as well and shall not abuse thier powers of moderating. the following are:

ARTICLE V. THE UPDATES
time after time, the game undergoes changes. the changes could be new features, better game play and less lag. these updates are done by the administrator himself and they could take a long time to be created until implementing into the game.
ARTICLE VI. THE XMVSSF SUPREME COURT
the court will be composed of 7 judges, a district attourney, a number of choosen veterans as jurors and an executioner.

district attourney: SBYRD5, roll's friend.
executioner: 2000warrior.

Project X is a large community with members coming and going and holds alot of comerence with 3 class of members. ####ies, fighters, veterans. this site is adored by many and always have something for the little man.

AMENDMENT I. FLAMING SENSELESSLY.
No flaming on another member of the forum/game as if its a daliy activity. anyone doing this on a consistent basis... banned.
AMENDMENT II. RACISM.
no racist remarks to any other member of the forum because of thier race, religion or anything else. doing this is going to get banned for making racist comments.
AMENDMENT III. HENTAI/MANGA/PORN DISCUSSION.
no porn of any type is allowed here at the forum. create even 1 topic about porn/hentai discussion, and you are banned on site.
AMENDMENT IV. ACTING STUPID IN GENERAL.
This can be classified as spamming, creating repeat topics like crazy, running around and posting unrelated bs. on just about every single topic, just trying to act like you know something when your comments lack any kind of substance in a debate, or anything else that can be classifed as bringing idioticy to this forum.
AMENDMENT V. Filter dodging.
You ALL do it, and don't even think about denying it. Recently, I've been trying to edit your posts. But that's not how things will be done from now on.
and... i tell you what else i'm going to do.. since everyone was so #### nice to take advantage of the "free speech up to a point" policy, i will also ban without question ANYONE who tries to bypass the filter with creative use of letters, numbers and other ascii characters
How much of that have you seen?? None. And that's exactly what's going to change. If I catch you bypassing the filter with ANY words (be it so much as 1 "$hit"), you will get your entire post deleted, regaurless of what it says. Keep doing it and you'll get a 1 way ticket to being banned.
AMENDMENT VI. Multiple topics that say the exact same thing.
- We should have a 3 vs. 3 player mode.
- Character X vs. Character Y (or any other of these character vote/poll topics).
- My opponent keeps teleporting and they're cheating.
You know everyone hates this. Why do people keep doing it? Why do they only get locked? Are they going to start being deleted on sight in the future? (take a wild guess at what the answer to the last question is ).
AMENDMENT VII. No reviving topics no more than one month old.
I'm just sick of seeing people reviving topics that have been dead for 6 months, 12 months, and for the love of god (some people) reviving topics that have been dead for 1 1/2 years!
Well, that's it... from now on, there will be no more reviving these old-arse topics. ie: anything that's been dead for a month can be declared "dead", and is not to be revived under any circumstances.
If you want to quote/say something about old topics... quote them, link to them... just don't revive them. That's just asking to be banned...
AMENDMENT VIII. No discussion of roms/emulators.
if u want to talk about MUGEN (or MUGEN related material)... or *gasp*.. EMULATORS ... do it somwhere else...
doing that here (or inside the game chat) will probably get you banned

If it's your first day or it's that glitch where people get impatient and hit "submit post" too many times... I'm willing to cut them sum slack and just delete the excess posts.
