I figured that i should forget an official poll b/c im talkin about the helpers u can use in MvsC2. Mine are Zangief, BB Hood, and Omega Red in MvsC2, and Sakura in this one.

i love VENOM in this game but he is always too slow and he always get too far so he never actually hit the opponent !

all the helpers are good becuz they have 3 assists but its guile, jin, akuma. :D

no there's no online version, i just meant in the arcade on on dreamcast. But, this is even better than any other attempted clone out there right now, so be glad ur a part of it!

No there isn't, but there will by online gaming on MvC2 for PSX2 soon.


My fav. helper here is red sentinel, because he was mine!

my fav. helper in MvC1 is unknown soldier, because i can easily pull off infinities with him.

wait.....is the dreamcast version of MvC2 diffrent than the arcade one?
oh yeah, i heard that the japanese version of MvC2 could handle online gaming...

hmmm my prediction:
venom will become playable...
u put in alot of helpers ..? :D

and...i have mvc2 import ....

Venom cannot be playable since he is not in any games that are in TMY list !

but i sure hope he will be very better helper than what he is now !

Hello! Venom can become playable, since he is in MvC2, he is a MARVEL character, and if you meant that only Xmen related characters are allowed (sp?), then you probably forgot that TMy said that people who go into the Xmen eps can be added. Therefore, Spiderman was enabled. But, connected to spiderman is Venom. They are both in the same 2 series (not the first two, the second two) and the first of the two involved Xmen, and many others. Though, if I am wrong about this, I'd like to hear why. :biggrin:

EDIT: I meant to say MvC! X.x;

because spiderman has actually fought with and against the xmen is comics and such...and therefore, he is enabled...venom,though he is marvel, is not related to the xmen in any other way...like sabretooth for instance.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 sprites can't be ported because it hasn't been emulated yet, since it was made for the NAOMI board. The NAOMI board can't be emulated, at least yet.

u gotta figure thats what he means right? Putting Venom in? I mean he said he's doing something for all the helpers (maybe the three choice option like in MvsC2?) and then said Venom has even bigger plans......man, I'm getting so curious its hurtin!!!

Venom is conected not only from Spiderman but somewhere else can't remeber some comic I have. :p

I think he is doing speed adjustments to make them more equal. Do that with shuma, and you got an almost better helper than psylocke. Shuma ROCKS! :D

when i said those thing about venom not being a Playable char !
i meant that MvsC2 isnt emulated so he cannot become playable. sentinel was in Xmen-COTA and that is emulated. next i didn't knew he was in MvsC cause i never played it. the first one is emulated at least by FBA and i probably by others too.

now i dont think he's gonna make more surprise like adding totaly new char that aren't in the Select screen. im sure venom will come and do something else than his venom fang !

imagine the attack where the symbiote goes forward rottating from ground to air ! now that would be usefull !
