Surperman vs. spiderman - Who would win?

tell me what you think because it just wached spiderman the movie and I was talking about it at school then my friend said surper man could kill spiderman and I said spiderman could kick surpermans butt then we started arrguing.

SPIDERMAN has absolutely no chance to win against THE MAN OF STEEL.

why ?

1 - SUPERMAN has UNKNOWN powers, he can do virtually everything he wants... FREEZE, LASERS, X-RAY, FLY, DESTROY MOUNTAINS, and on top of all has like ten times the strengh and stamina of SPIDERMAN.
2 - spiderman cannot have kryptonites, has only the SHIP of superman brought some on earth. the ship dot destroyed in ZILLIONS of VERY TINY PIECES. think that kryptonites is unlikely findable on earth ! LEX LUTOR found a pieces but superman destroyed it !

those 2 reasons makes spiderman very unlikely to win this one...

if you had knew your DC comics, you wouldn't had asked the question as DC comics cannot be compared with MARVEL ! those kind of COMICS cannot mix, they are all alike, but they just cannot mix !

conclusion: it was very stupid to ask a question like that !

symbiotes spiderman is exactly the same except he is more BRUTAL, has unlimited web fluid and is alittle stronger but not by much. even with the symbiotes, he cannot win against the man of steel !

- better armor, but a bullet can still pass thru !
- stronger cause of his armor, still cannot lift more then 5 tons

If spidey was lucky he might stand a very small chance. He could cover his webs with something hot and sticky and shoot a web at superman and get em around the neck. But superman would break the web fly in the air then come down and crush spiderman like a bug.

spiderman can lift 10 tonnes not 2, is much stronger with symbiote and can block bullets

there is only one thing that can make spiderman win and that is kryptonites, but he is unlikely to find some as only SUPERMAN SHIP is made of it. and it got destroyed a long time ago, so kryptonites is out of the question !
which means spiderman is like a stupid ANT compared to SUPERMAN !
