Nintendo game cube or ps2 - What is better buy?

Is the Nintendo Game Cube a good buy o should i just buy a Ps2??

i would rather to buy ps2 cuz it has dvd player :D

i'd buy ps2 just for tekken tag and final fantasy

PS2. the controls are not that much complicated.[for me anyway]

scit square is goin back to nintendo after ff 12 there making ff tactics for gba and ff the crystal chronicles for gc
and there is a gamecube that plays dvds thats not out in america yet though yu can buy an import

I was like ok tough decision.I would get a PS2 But I am thinking.Nah kuz their so many good games for Cube then.I am like H mMm... i had a gamecube but i sold it cuz i got bored of it .. i dont know when i bought it there wasnt a lot of games i just had smash brothers and tony hawk3 .. i was gonna buy more games but they were taking forever just to come out .. i still prefer the ps2 , it has more games than any other system

Well..id say ps2 right now...it has more games..and has games for everyone...but if ur a hardcore mario, star fox, sonic fan...or a fan of games like that..get a gamecube...which also has more "quailty" games..but take longer to come out..but from what im seeing...that's not going to be a problem anymore..but still ps2 just has more overall games...*even though i only have a gamecube* Heh..

I am a cube owner, and I think that by investing in a cube you shall get a lot out of your money. For 1 for the price of a ps2 you can get your cube, and afford a gba, which has add ons to your cube. Also though the cube line-up wasnt so good coming into sales, now it is starting to get big. Capcom vs SNK 2 eo, PSO are 2 games Id really look forward to. Also for all those people that say that final fantasy is a reason to buy ps2, squaresoft has announced that a new final fantasy game will be coming out exclusively for cube. There is many more great releases coming out, just check www.gamefaqs.com it has all your proof.
