First of, do you have to actually "kiss" the person you date all the time; and even if you had to, what's wrong with driving all the way down to the place and spending time with the person ?? Thing is, for those who are FRIGHTENED to go out to meet girls in club parties, or social gatherings, being pen pals or distant friends or having long distance relationships (or to put it as shallow as you.. ONLINE DATING) might be the key for them. You can't call those ppl loosers. It's just their way of life... and even though one might percieve going out to know how your friend/date or whatever looks like, loving and trusting the person might be much more important than how/what they look like.
