I can't sign In - I keep getting kick for some reason

I think you need to check your bot tmy app it keeps kicking me and i didn't even do anything:(. Even if I laod the game all over again after deleting the temporary files it kicks me. It's Only the first sever I can't sign into though. Oh yeah and sometimes when i get into the chat room i get an error message. I forgot what it was if i get it again i'll tell you.

The Message is Explorer has caused an error in DIRAPI>DLL Explorer will now close. I don't know if this is a problem with my compoter or your game but i only get this message when i sign into your game.

when i load my game then goto chat, if theres lag or if i move my mouse b4 the list load, i get an illegal operation message then aol close! :(
