 For this character, I would suggest you see solidsnake76.. He's pretty good with this one... Well I'll try.. Anyway, this best way to start(I guess..) is the berseker slash. It's quick enough to stop any incoming fireball from reaching you.. And puts you in a nice situation to start your attack.
When facing Ryu, you try to stay close to him... Unleashing all wolverine's main attacks on him.. BUT a word of advice is to jump back once in a while. The reason is, you do not know when lag takes him to the other side of the screen and then you do not know what he might do to you. If you watch solidsnake's tociv you would notice that the only time he got hit by a super was when Ryu teleported to the other side and hit him with the shinhaduken. So it's adviseable to jump back once in a while and look at how things are.
To avoid a super haduken move; quite simple... When blocking, shinhadukens, mega and super optic blasts, chunli's energy ball and plasma beam do not affect wolverine when he is blocking.. Remember the drill claw x... It can be done in the air.. This attack is useful for those that like to spend time in the air especially chunli users that stay in the air doing kicks
Well like I said, I'll chip in more when I discover new ones and you can ask solidsnake76 for tips: He is one of the prolific wolverine vets around. Till next time you can admire the sig of the WEAPON X

aw u bastard. i think u need my tutorial, which will be rewritten soon.

Wolverine vs Ryu:
Dodging the hadouken can be easy [blocking if that's what some of you do], but these should work. super jump into the air, drill claw and come down with a p3[works with shinku-hadouken] or if your close to ryu, drill claw is the fastest counter. Especially for the dragon and tornado kick. Becareful though, as some user move around like a monkey, jumping constanly and making it hard to catch ryu.

Wolverine vs Chun-li:
This may be a bit hard but the trick is to keep her on the ground. Some chun-li users tend to be in the air most of the times. Just do combinations moves and berserker barrage x to keep her down along with ariel attacks when the time is right.

Wolverine vs Cyclops:
This is easy. It's hard to use Cyclops up-close so perform the same tactics for ryu and dodge the optic blast by berserker slash long.

Wolverine vs Sentinal:
For this big tin giant, stay close at all times. A skilled sent user knows to keep distance and attack up-close when the opportunity is available. Remember, rocket punch is the best tactic to keep you back.

Wolverine vs Wolverine:
Now for this, you want to make the first strike and show no mercy. wolvie is weak against his own attacks, so avoid most hits as possible.

Wolverine vs Spiderman:
Well, drill claw and Ariel attacks are your best advantage, since most spidey user stay in the air. Do ground attacks if he stays on the ground, or if u can keep him on the ground.

Now the combinations:
-This one is teleportation techniques:
On the ground the best way to get to the other side of the screen is berserker slash high[down, back, p3]. This is the best way to get pass optic blast low and medium and sent's fire beam.

But to pass hadouken or chun li's fireball, you should slide or super jump, drill claw, and come down with a high punch. the problem is a dragon punch or chun li's fancy kicks will cancel out the move and force wolverine back. so 8 out of 10 times, block while coming down and then attack. this is also an air teleportation maneuver and is the best offensive attack after a shinku-hadouken or mega optic blast is performed. this maneuver is to be used wisely or you wont have much of a chance getting close to the opponent.

-hit med punch as many times as you want and finish with a high punch.

-hit mid kick twice, high kick while crouching down, high punch while still down, and berserker barrage [or berserker barrage x].

-hit high kick while crouching down, high punch while still down, and berserker barrage.

-hit high kick while crouching down, slide, and berserker barrage [or berserker barrage x].

-this maneuver requires you to launch the opponent into the air when in the corner:
Press k3 two times, super jump up, press k3 again, then p3, drill claw, drill claw again and berserker barrage[or BBX].

-This requires the assistant of dr. doom:
Call out doom IMMEDIATELY do berserker barrage x. now if you do berserker barrage x twice, damage will be greater thanks to doom. Note: this might work better in the corner if you're not too lucky.

-press mk twice, super jump. mk, hk, drill claw X, berserker barrage.

-BBX, then drill claw X. reverse this if u want.

Tips: Ryu users tend to do shoryuken when drill claw in the air is performed. You will both get hit, but it throws wolverine away. And then when wolverine is going down, a number of hadoukens are performed. Now after that upper cut move, do drill claw again. So while they are doing the hadoukens in the air, you're moving to the other side of the screen. And they have to be on the ground to do shoryuken again.

In a match, start out with berserker slash meduim or the lunging kick for first strike.

If super lighting kick is perofrmed with chun li, dogde it. Berserker Barrage X cannot counter attack that move.

If caught by wolverine's tornado claw or berserker barrage, chun-li's kick [while standing still], ryu spinning kick [normal and super], drill claw is the best counter.

With drill claw X, u now have at least a chance against pple who 'live' in the air.

 D'uh down back slash is the bersrker slash

And for the sake of wolverine users I'll give you this one against spiderman... Like I said solidsnake has done it again
Anyway.. spiderman is also another lethal character that relies on air attacks. Wolvie's air attacks aren't that much but the ones he can do in the air are really awesome. For a spidey user that as solidsnake76 puts it lives in the air never fear. Charge your life bar and get into position. Get the range he is in and then jump up with cunning precision and timing do the drill claw x. It would catch him there. Spidey users have a lot of advantage against wolverine so I'll just give you one information.. SHOW NO MERCY.. If for any reason you're able to get him on the ground (Even though I must say.. that any spidey user that allows wolverine to catch him is not ... well alright! ) I must say that you should not stop cause that may be the only chance to win him!
Drill claws take spiderman out of his rythm so do more of them in the air.. They'll help a lot!

Wolverine is cool, but it used to be annoying fighting him because his Berzerker Barrage X did too much damage. Gladly, that was fixed.

These are some good tips, I'll have to use them in battle!
