The new char will probably be done by the next update on the 31st and for the groups...u mean clan? well u have to get an approval by tmy. he'll let u know the rules and what has to be done.

If its Ken or Akuma it wont take that long

if it's mag or storm, it'll take a good while

if its juggy its going to take a long long time

But what was TMyApp talking about, a program where he could create characters faster?

I'll wait because I mean whatever character that comes out everyone is going to try. Because I didn't want to play with Sentinel but I did and won a battle.
