Server and fighting problems again - Still cant fite or host or join

i just when on on street fighter and i could host,join, and fite know again i logged in and still when i host shutting down server doesn't come and i cant kik ppl and aslo cant fite or join why this happened again...

alright go to

tools click internet options delete files clear cookies and then next to delete files click settings them make sure it is at 187

its just a glitch i get it occassionly sometimes the downloaded version doesnt attempt to connect to the game dont know why but it does that the download version

ie should be fine unless ur running a firewall or have privacy settings too high

remember xp has a built in firewall and xp sp2 has a worse one
