My cyke strategy/game play - Is it cheap?

whenever i fight a middle-skilled opponent, this is usually how i play...

-jump high+go to opponet's back
-mid air optic blast
-gene splice+with upwards optic blast
-mid air optic blast
-seated optic blast
-seated optic blast
-standing optic blast
-standing optic blast
-MEGA OPTIC BLAST
-MEGA OPTIC BLAST
-optic sweep
-gene splice+with upwards optic blast
-jump high again towards opponent's back
-cyclone kick
-cyclone kick
-gene splice+with upwards optic blast
-mid air optic blast
-MEGA OPTIC BLAST
-until the end...

so tell me, are these moves cheap?
if it is, tell me how to MODIFY it a bit

Well they're cool and all but the bad part is how you use cyclops ???

a noob did something similar to me yesterday...just take out cyclone kick and gene splice....

u can slip in a few of them charging combo's (when ur close)

thats not at all cheap since you use all of his moves and not just optic blasts...if only more people would fight like that then cyke wouldn't be condemned as being a noob character since he's pretty strong already so people who say he's just 4 ##### r missing out

Never jump and attack the opponent with Cyke, the only reasons why you would attack in the air is: pressing down+ HP to raise meter, and to use optic blast to make you float, since there is a beam below you.


Cyclone kick is crap

Gene splice is crap

charging rush combo special is crap

....................


Your strategy should be like this:

seated optic blasts, Mega optic blast, if the opponent comes to you, go to the other side, and repeat the whole thing.

It's not cheap! It's easy to get around.

... yes yes... a lot of u will now tell me how "cheap" that is (i'm just using this "strategy" as an example btw) ... but u know what... i have never played a game where i couldn't avoid players such as one mentioned above...

jump forward and block... (yet most new people don't seem to get that.. but they seem to learn the "i'll just bitch how cheap cyclops is" strategy quite well ) :biggrin:
