Sprites - How do you get it?

How do you get Sprites.I heard somewhere like that tmyapp used it to make the game,characters,moves,controls,helpers. I was wondering if it was like a downloadable thing on the internet or if you had to buy it. MasterX didnt you say something like you made a girl that her kick had 11 frames or something and you made it with sprites?

Take an animated gif.. it's a bunch different sprites.. so it's the pictures..

Well Dam Orlando0 u could have giving that link in my thread about camp it would have made my week a hell lot easier. But i used this fan site with Chun-lis sprite and gifs already ripped from the game. Kikouken (http://www.kikouken.com/)

well...

SPRITE = OBJECT
FRAME = THE COMPLETED IMAGE

so basically, it goes like this...
to make a compelte frame, you add objects in it.
example:
let's take this game...
you got chunli's images doing her lightning kick...
you then take the background, then put her in it placed where you want. (object)
then you display it to the screen. (FRAME)

no, to do the animation, you got 11 sprites, that you display in exactly 11 frames.

if you're lost already, tell yourself that the animation of chunli has 11 images.
then you got 1 of those by images...
so you get the whole animation after 11 complete images !

so basically, sprites are objects used to make the images complete !
those objects are images themselves.
those can be got by an emulator, which is what tmyapp actually does right now !
but since we are not aloud to talk about that in here, i can't give you links to them, you'r egonna have to search for them yourself !

anyway...
if you were thinking about helping tmyapp with that... forget about it, he don't want any help from us when it comes to the game coding and graphics...

so if you wanna help him, its gonna be in forum style !
