dont ya just h8 those ppl tht choose ryu and all they do is hadoken after hadoken till u die eventually.. then they rub it deep into ur face and tht really got me goin another day against david454 he done it with wolverine tho.. :( but still its the same....

those people are called NEWBIES and that hadoken after hadoken is called the NEWBIE TACTIC.on way to remedy this is to jump (because ryu takes like 5 seconds before he gets back into his normal stance.giving you the need time to kick him and do a combo).or you could just simply BLOCK.

all you need to do is jump over the fireballs then use hurricain kick and trap them in a corner then use a super whenever u can

Ok, what do you do if Ryu is trapped in a corner and the other person keeps doing a bezerker barrage????
I know you're suppose to jump the opposite direction...but there are times that when you're caught in a corner..and Wolverine's relentless attacks make it almost impossible to jumpt out of the way....
While I'm in the air I tried landing behind Wolverine..but all Ryu does is....Get hit, go up in the air, land straight back down........

Wait for a chance to attack (when wolverine finishes a berserk barrage/an attack). Hit him with ONE attack AS SOON AS HE FINISHES HIS ATTACK AND BEFORE HE ATTACKS AGAIN. Then jump down, up, left/right (whichever you need) to get over wolverine. This strategy requires precise timing and is VERY HARD to pull off. This is the only tactic I have ever found to work............

another tactic that can be used to escape Wolverines cornering is to block then hit wolverine with a few fast punchs or kicks or your helper,when he's open,,then either super jump out or use the round house to jump over the snarling beast and land right behind him...then you can do some cornering your self :biggrin:

and maybe the best tactic is to not let your self get cornered. keep ryu as close to middle of the screen as possible.

and as for avoiding Ryu's infinit fireball....simply jump them...and hold block while your flying through the air,so ya dont get slammed with the second fireball...then you'll land right in front of your opponent,and you can lay the smack down on them,for being so cheesy :biggrin:

Everyone should realize that due to lag...sometimes your opponent cant get a super off.(i've had this happen to me before) and the only unique move they can preform is the fireball.(sucks when that happens)
