hulk is JIL and black spider is vip only

All those characters that are grayed out are currently unavaible to anyone. Hulk is a helper and Symbiote(Black) Spiderman is VIP only along with E. Ryu
(But it won't matter because we're getting Akuma anyway)

What a VIP?
