Throughout this forum, people often attack TMyApp for small glitches in the game, but they forget that they owe their status here and ingame to TMyApp. He does work day and night on the game just so people can enjoy it. People may make light of it, but without him and Lefty, this board wouldn

TMyApp: Ever since I first started to play this game, the
first match I played, it soon became my favourite thing to do when I'm on the
computer. It is just the best thing I've ever played, to say that it's online
and free, I'm not suprised that the host that you were on deleted you--you were
too popular! I'm not suprised, either, that you've put all this time and effort
into the making of this game. And that all of the money has come out of your own
wallets. Until you started the paypal account which was a very good idea. I
can't really believe that some people can be so ignorant, that all they are
doing is forcing you to do work 24/7, and that they are so impatient, that they
want an update almost every week. If I were you, just ignore those people and
just get on with working on the game at your own pace. And for gods sake, get
some sleep!!!
LeftyFB: I thank you for doing all the work on looking after the
forum and making the forum. And all the space used up is going onto your hard
drive (I think lol). I don't know if you help TMy at making this game, but if
you do, I thank you for putting all this time and effort in.

I know I wasnt invited to this, but it was said I could if i had something to share, and i do.

First I would just like to thank tmyapp, for all your hard work and effort you put into this game in the first place, and when you even kept it alive when it was down.Also i want to thank all the people who help you with it, they are very important to all of us.

Secondly, when I first came here I didnt know much..but thats all changed, and with the change I gained a respect for tmyapp, because if you think about it who else out there would go out and devote their OWN time and money into making this thing...AND FOR FREE,(i mean who really would make it free?) then he totally lets us run it, with the character vote...no matter who it was, how hard it would be, how long it would take...he let us pick. Now all that, that is what I call nice.

So thats what i needed to say, and I'am glad i did...and lastly I hope this thing lasts for another couple of years. :alien:

It's been over a year now since I first played this game. I can still remember my first fights... just the sheer thought of actually playing other human players instead of more of the same old ai gave me the shivers throughout my body. After my first few games, I couldn't quit thinking about it... all night and all day for weeks, I'd just sit around at school or lay in bed... waiting for 4:00 p.m. when I got home, to get online and play against other players. Good players, bad players; distinguished vets and ####'s alike; they were all the same... thrilling to fight against.

Even though this crazed excitement only lasted for about a month or two... it was by far the most fun I've EVER had playing ANY game in my life before. And not only that, but it's really been a revalation in my life. Before I came to this game, I wasn't active in any online site... and was damn nervous about even creating an account. 'never talked to anyone at school and was always this quite little kid who was just in a constant state of either depression and/or skeptisism (if that's a word). After spending time around this forum's "community", and playing xvssf (online), I've really just changed around and started being in high spirits... constantly.

A year later, I look back and see the initial thrill has left. But after over 1,000 games played, and god forbid I know how much time I've spent here in the forums and/or "helping out". But for what it's worth...

wow... not sure what exactly to say to all this (thats a lotta readin'... lol )

there really are a LOT of people who do care about the community (no matter how much i JOKE about "pulling the plug" i always kept that in mind ) ...

some of you went as far as donating.. some spend endless hours making the community better... some did BOTH...

... what bugs me the most is that i'm not even sure of how i can thank everyone for their support ... the only thing i can do is work even more on the project... which, in turn makes you ya'all thank me even more.. and.. the circle continues :biggrin:

1.8 years after the 1st public release... TERABYTES of data transfers... quarter of a MILLION registered users, and OVER a million games played ... we're still here, going stronger than ever...

... looking @ all that, i really am NOT sure for how long this game will be around... years ?? decades ?? ... there maybe an "end" to the "new features" (lets face it... on the last vote we had around... 70 chars was it ?? ) ... but there may not be an end to the community (people still play DOOM 10 years later.. not saying that we can do the same... but.. u know ) :biggrin:

... in the end however, i decide very little... but the users themselves are the ones who tell me to "don't get sleep for 3 weeks in a row" or "pull the damn plug already" :biggrin:

every time you play the game... or make a post.. in a way, it is a "vote" for one or the either...

so... i'll sit back... poor a nice glass of dew and/or coffee ... and do what i tried to do since day one: whatever you people want, thats whats going to happen ... from the very first few paragraphs of the FAQ (that hasn't been changed much in 2 years) i think it should be very clear to all that i'm NOT making this game for myself ... that may be the "cStrike way"... but it's not mine...
