This goes out to steventhebol, Token, TarkanX, Zing79, and anybody that placed in the top 50 back in september.
You may or may not remember me. In the game, i was Nantuko_Joe. (TarkanX, like i said in "trash talking", you were one of my tutors that i respect.) i may be carrying this too far, its up to you. i have been in the servers for about a week now, and it sickens me that the only reason most of the top ranked players are that high is for beating newbies. therefore, i would like to create an "alliance", if you will, against the trash-talking "im-ranked-high-cuz-i-beat-newbies-but-I-can't-face-up-against-anyone-of-real-talant&
quot; players. this "alliance" could exist in either the regular game itself, or maybe Zing79 could even host a big group tournament when projectx.cyberfuturism.com introduces group play(whenever that may be). feel free to post your opinions.

no, Smile, really. i only joined the forum this morning, but i have been playing the game from september to november. then my comp got a virus and later broke down, so i wasnt playing for a while. but ask Token or TarkanX, they might remember me from back in teh day

By ISP, and not by IP addresses? That's a new one to me... but can you ban people by the MAC addresses (permanent address on each network card; it is sent in all packet types I know of)? People can change ISPs easily, but if you also ban them by MAC address they'd have to buy a new networking card, too. Just a thought.

indeed.. but actually dan, if they are on dsl, or cable, like I'm sure you were referring to, you could also ban the mac addy of they're dsl/cable modem,

heh, thats REALLY nasty, they'd have to get a new one of those.. and try explaining to your ISP that you need a new one of those, even though the one you have works fine! :) hahaha
