there should be a cop with a lifeline thing in your control tab, that is, if you have norton antivirus, but back to the point, you just close it :p

there are many types of firewalls, no one can help you unless you tell us what type of firewall you have. do you have norton? mcafee? zonealarm?

i think it is norton because it cant be mcafee since they keep telling me to regieser

okay, right click this globe shaped icon on your task bar and select disable to disable your firewall.
